Instant Delivery is a new service offered by Neopoints.in! Instant Delivery is a win-win for both you as the customer, and us as the supplier. Qualifying Instant Delivery products with a ‘[ID]’ in the title, will be in your hands right after payment, with no wait in-between. If your purchase includes non-ID products as well, those will be delivered in a timely manner, within 12-24 hours.

Once you complete your purchase you can pick-up your product within one of three locations.

Firstly, is at the ‘Payment Successful’ Neopoints.in page (when you return back from Paypal). If you return back too quickly without allowing your payment to process, the login details may not be shown here. You can refresh the page after a few seconds though, and the login details will appear.

Secondly, if you have an account with us, you can find the login details under the orders page. To navigate here, you go-to ‘My Account’ from the top navigation, than ‘Orders’, than select the order you just placed, and the login details will be there as shown below.

Thirdly, and lastly, the login details will be within the emailed Receipt you will receive (please check you Spam/Junk inbox if you still have not received it after 10 minutes). The email may be a bit slow to reach your end, so we do suggest going with one of the other two methods if you’re impatient.
