Step 1: Explore Our Product Selection

Browse our extensive selection of Neopets products available across various categories, from Neopoints and accounts to rare items and unique pets. You can find the navigation to our buy pages either in the top drop-down menus or through the sidebar menu, making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.

Step 2: Add Products to Your Cart

When you’ve found a product you’re interested in, click the “Add to Cart” button located beneath the product. If you want more information about a specific item (like a pet’s name format or details about an account), click on the product image or name to view additional details. Once added, your cart will appear to the left of the page (or in the top-right corner).

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

After selecting all the products you wish to purchase, head to your cart and click “Checkout.” Double-check your selections to ensure you’ve added everything you need.

Step 4: Finalize Order Details

At the checkout page, you’ll have a chance to review your order one last time. Enter any required details, such as your Neopets username (if needed for item transfers; otherwise, you can leave this blank or type “N/A”). Be sure to include a valid contact email where you’ll receive confirmation and delivery updates. When ready, hit the “Purchase” button!

Step 5: Complete Payment

After finalizing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions for completing your payment through PayPal. If the email doesn’t appear in your inbox within a minute, be sure to check your spam folder. If you prefer to pay using a credit card, cryptocurrency, or Interac e-Transfer instead of PayPal, simply reply to the confirmation email, and we’ll assist you with those options.

Step 6: Wait for Delivery

Delivery Information by Product Type:

  • Neopoints: Delivered on a complimentary account, and the login details will be emailed to you.
  • Accounts: We’ll email the login details (username, password, birthday, and PIN if needed) to the contact email you provided at checkout.
  • Pets: By default, pets are delivered on a complimentary account.
  • Items: Smaller items (valued at $10 or below) are preloaded on an account for easy access. Larger items will be sent directly to the Neopets username listed at checkout.
