How To Buy
Step 1
Search through our wide selection of products on our website (navigation to our buy pages can be found in two places; either in the top drop-down menus or in the sidebar menu).
Step 2
When you have found a product you wish to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button below the product. (If you want to find additional information about the product, like a pet’s name format or details regarding an account, click the item image or name and you’ll find additional information). The product should now appear in your cart, which is to your left (or top-right).
Step 3
Once you’ve completed adding all the products you wish to purchase to your cart, you can now proceed to the checkout.
Step 4
Once at the checkout, you will review your order and make sure everything is correct. After this, you will enter in your Neopets username (for most purchases this is not needed, so you can leave it blank or a “N/A” will do) and your contact email (where you will receive your order confirmation, and delivery confirmation email). Lastly, hit “Purchase”!
Step 5
You’ll now be redirected to Paypal, in which you can complete the payment of your order (you can pay as a guest and use your credit card if you don’t have a Paypal). And that’s it!
Step 6
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us within a few minutes (check your spam inbox if you have not received it). The usual wait time for delivery, ranges from a few minutes, to upto 24 hours (however most orders will be delivered in less than 12 hours). When we have completed delivering your products, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us.
For Neopoints: Delivery will be made on a complimentary account, and you will be emailed the login details of this account.
For Accounts: The login details (username, password, birthday, and pin if applicable) will be emailed to the email you used as your contact email.
For Pets: By default, pets will be delivered on a complimentary account. If you’d like the pet to be transferred to the username you listed at checkout, just leave a note when checking out!
For Items: Most of the smaller items (anything $10 and below), will come preloaded on an account. For larger items, they will be sent to the username listed at checkout.
